Glenammer manufacture a range of laboratory microplate sieves from 5um to 75um (other sizes are available on request). A standard sieve body is used with a precision electroformed nickel plate. Rhopoint releases NEW Novo-Curve 4 Glossmeter. This new instrument continues to measure the gloss at 60° of curved samples, small samples and irregular shapes with a 2mm x 2mm spot size whilst offering the following NEW features: GU or % reflectivity, date and time stamped. For faster calibration, the instrument automatically detects when the calibration standard is attached to the instrument Pass/fail parameters can be defined for instant identification of non-conformances Automatic measurements at pre-defined intervals for easy checking of large surface areas. Custom Small Part Adaptor System The New Novo-Curve 4 includes an indented platen to accept complex parts which could not be measured on the previous instrument. This platen also accepts 3D printed jigs to allow accurate placement of small switches or irregular shapes. Statistical analysis via Novo-Gloss Multi Gauge software The included software provides an easy means to measure, import and compare data and export the measurements into several other file formats, e.g. PDF, Excel® or CSV. OFRU will be at the forthcoming K-Show as visitors, and at the Windmöller & Hölscher Show Room in Lengerich as exhibitors, which will take place in during the same week as the show in Düsseldorf. W&H will have a shuttle bus between K-show in Düsseldorf and their technical center (Technikum) in Lengerich for customers who wish to see W&H portfolio up close. OFRU will be exhibiting a new ASC-150 24kW Solvent Recovery System, that was recently installed at W&H. Tecnopails, the dedicated filling division of IM GROUP (formerly Inkmaker Group), has launched a new feed and closure filling-line series—with a specific line dedicated for integration with Rexson’s ColorPoint paint dispenser. The robust system, capable of expanding from manual through to fully automatic solutions, was named the “Matrix” due to its ability to be easily configured through a variety of adjustable modules. One such module is the Matrix+Rexson/Colorpoint created especially for integration with IM GROUP’s “Easypaint” solution. The Easypaint concept is IM GROUP’s most flexible and complete range of automatic dispensing solutions, tailored to meet precise performance and productivity targets while maximising available space and minimising manpower. “This is yet another example of IM GROUP’s brands working in unison to achieve innovation for the group. The Matrix has been in the research and planning stage since early last year, and we were very proud to launch it at Eurocoat Paris this year. The series features some of the latest IIoT touchscreen and industry-4.0-smart technology from Inkmaker’s renowned software and automation team.
